  • Where are you located?

  • Where is each cabin located?

    A detailed map with the exact location of each cabin is provided. 

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • Is there a nightly minimum?

    Yes, we have a two-night minimum stay. 

  • Do you have Wi-Fi?

    Yes, we have Wi-Fi available on the property.

  • Are there food options?

    All of our cabins come equipped with an oven, stovetop, fridge, and freezer. There are also several restaurants within 5 to 25 minutes from the property. Be sure to check our welcome book for our top recommendations.

  • What is included with the cabin?

    We provide linens, towels, cooking utensils, and most items you should need to accommodate your stay. However, if you plan to grill, you will need to bring charcoal or pellets for a smoker, depending on the cabin you rent. We provide complimentary firewood in designated areas around the property.

  • Is there a coffee maker?

    Yes, we have a traditional coffee pot in each cabin with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar. 

  • How close are the cabins to each other?

    The cabins are spaced approximately 40 to 50 feet apart and are staggered to offer some privacy. Cabins 10, 11, 12, and 14 have more privacy than the others.

  • Are children allowed?

    Yes, our cabins are very family-friendly. We grew up enjoying cabin life as kids and understand the importance of creating those lasting family memories.

  • Are your cabins wheelchair accessible?

    While most cabins offer beds on the main level and convenient parking, the shower is a tub/shower combo, and interior doors are 27.5 inches wide. Cabin 12 has wider doors and a master bathroom with a shower (no tub), but there are several stairs to access the cabin.

  • What size are the cabins?

    Group 1: Cabin 5 has two private bedrooms with queen beds, and 1.5 baths.

    Group 2: Cabins 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 each have one private bedroom, one bath, and one semi-private bedroom.

    Group 3: Cabins 8 and 9 have two private bedrooms with fireplaces and one bath.

    Group 4: Cabins 10 and 11 each have two private bedrooms, one bath, and an electric fireplace.

    Group 5: Cabin 12 is a cabin home with two bedrooms, two full baths, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen, including a dishwasher.

    Group 6: Cabin 14 is our largest, with three king beds, two full baths, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen, including a dishwasher and a large deck.

  • What activities can you check out on the property and in the area?

    Nature Walks and Wildlife Sightings: Explore private walking paths around the property, where you may spot wildlife such as deer and a variety of bird species. This tranquil experience is perfect for nature lovers wanting to connect with the outdoors.

    Private Outdoor Spaces for Relaxation: Each cabin features a private picnic table, grill, and fire pit, providing the perfect setting for outdoor meals and relaxation after a day of exploring. Enjoy a cozy evening under the stars or a cookout with family and friends.

    Birdwatching Opportunities: With abundant bird species around Rocky Point, guests can bring their binoculars and enjoy some peaceful birdwatching. The surrounding forested areas and clear skies create a haven for birdwatchers.

    Fishing and Boating on Arbuckle Lake: Just a three-minute drive from the cabins, Arbuckle Lake offers opportunities for fishing and boating. Whether you're fishing for bass or planning a relaxing day on the water, the nearby Point Boat Ramp makes it easy to access the lake.

    Swimming and Water Activities: The Point Swimming Area, only a few minutes away, offers a refreshing spot for swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Cool off in the clear waters of Arbuckle Lake and enjoy a day by the shore.

  • When is the best time to visit?

    Our cabins are designed for year-round comfort. Spring and summer are perfect for exploring the lake and walking around the property, while fall and winter are ideal for enjoying a campfire and watching the leaves change.

  • Do you have a laundry facility on site?

    Unfortunately, we do not for all cabins; however, Cabin 12 and Cabin 14 are equipped with a washer and dryer.

  • Is there ample room to park a boat?

    Yes, all of the cabins have ample space to park a boat around them or in close proximity.

  • How far is Arbuckle Lake from the cabins?

    Point boat ramp and Point swimming loop are just a three-minute drive from the cabins.

  • Where can we buy firewood?

    Complimentary firewood is provided at designated locations around the cabins.

  • Are there hot tubs on the property?

    Unfortunately, we do not have hot tubs on our property.
